I built The Tone Fitness out of necessity — not just for myself, but for anyone who’s ever hit rock bottom and realized the only way out is through. After losing multiple family members to preventable health issues, I stopped waiting for the system to save us. That grief became fuel. I hold a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning, and I’ve worked across every corner of the industry — from clinical rehab and prehab to elite sports performance and sustainable weight management. Over the years, I realized that transformation doesn’t come from surface-level hacks — it comes from radical responsibility. That’s why TONE stands for Total Ownership of Nutrition and Exercise.
